Panera Bread

I have never came to this one and thought it will be a good mother and daughter day time and when I came in there was a line but it want fast and when I was ordering the younge and sweet employee where really caring and when I want to get a cookie for my little one they ask me if my child had any Allergies and look up the Recipe to make sure that there is no Peanuts ingredients in there and they found out there is none and I was so moved that they did that🥰 I ordered 2 Broccoli cheddar soup with a cookie and a Cinnamon bun and one small hot chocolate and a caramel latte all for 24.00 with tip it was $27.94 and did I say the employee was so nice and helpful 😊 this place will be my place to go for now on and the Atmosphere is really relaxing easy place to go and get some work done ✔

The food was good. Ordering was easy enough since we used the self checkout in the restaurant. Things took a slight downturn as we were sitting and waiting for our food as well as them to call our name like the screen said they would. But after about 15 minutes of waiting we walked over to see that our food was just sitting in a bag waiting for us to grab. Overall not a bad experience, but it would've been nice to be notified that our food was ready.

Ordered for curbside picked. I got the email saying my food was ready. I pulled up let them who I was here. Nobody came out. I waited 20 minutes nobody still came out. I went in asked for a refund. The cashier called the manager over. The manager walk me over to where the food was instead of issue me a refund. The smoothie was like water and it had a bad taste and I bit into the sandwich it was almost cold. I couldn't eat the food. I waste 20 dollars. I Recommend not ordering online and curbside pickup. You will lose money the whole time

Food was good. But, the cleanliness of the bathroom made me second guess how hygienic the parts of the restaurant you don’t see. People were friendly, but how is it that a manager allows his employees to walk around talking to customers in sunglasses? Save your fashion statements for your friends, you’re at work. There’s nothing wrong having a young group of people for work but not at the cost of upholding a professional front.

Had the best experience at this Panera Bread location. Brianna (the cashier) was friendly, sweet and went above & beyond with her customer service skills. I left this review to intentionally give her recognition for how wonderful she acted towards me. Way to go, Brianna — thank you for making me feel special during my birthday week!
