Taco Bell

Drive thru attendance was very polite and friendly. They young man repeated my order. Order was correct. Only thing is that I asked for extra extra onions to be added to the chicken quesadillas, but it was hardly any on the two I order. My mom was disappointed. I ended up cutting some onions when I got home to put on them. I wish Taco Bell would but the lettuce at the bottom of the hard shell tacos so they don’t fall apart when eating. Other than that, good service.

I swear they don’t even look at what you order and just throw something into a bag?? Explain to me why I ordered several vegetarian items and they ALL have meat in them??? This is not the first time it’s happened. I shouldn’t have to stay at the restaurant and check each item throughly before driving away?! The employees are usually nice but come on with the giant lack of accuracy.

This Taco Bell is pretty-much a disaster. They often can't take orders through the drive through, mess up orders, etc. Yesterday I was told they can't take orders through the drive through, but then when I went inside they said they were closed for the next half hour because their manager wasn't there(?). It didn't really make sense to me, but I get the distinct sense this particular taco bell is completely mismanaged. The one on Capital Drive is better. That shouldn't be taken as a glowing endorsement of the Capital Drive Taco Bell, either.

Ordered online for drive thru take out. When I got there, was told my order had been cancelled and will be refunded but will need to order in person/repay. They then proceeded to "forget" multiple food items which I had to go inside to get. Never received a refund and had to go through my bank to get the charge disputed. Incompetent taco bell chain who only do the bare minimum, and will purposely not make items if they take more time to do. Do yourself a favor, go to a different one.

Went through the drive thru about an hour ago and a lady took my order, we forgot to order one item and apologized and asked for it at the window, the lady says “sorry we can’t do orders at the window you’re going to have to go back around” (I worked at taco bell in the past and I know that they can add to the order before we pay and start a new order). A customer walks infront of our car to the window and is standing there talking to them telling them they messed up his order so we checked our bag while we were there and saw that we were missing cinnamon twists. We then told the lady we were missing one and she went back and one male came up and handed us our cinnamon twists and said “y’all held up the whole line for some cinnamon twists” the people were completely rude, I wouldn’t give any stars if it wasn’t an option. Won’t be going back.

Your brain dead employees gave us 2 chicken quesadillas when everything we ordered was beef. We are extremely allergic to chicken meat. Do you understand the difference between beef and chicken? I will be calling corporate in the morning. I am sure none of you care, but none of you are spending tonight in the ER either.

Every time I've been to this Taco Bell in the past few months, they've told us that they aren't accepting orders or that they're closed or that they're only accepting delivery orders, even though we always go when the website says they're open. I haven't been able to actually buy any food. It's not worth the drive.
