Starbucks

People outside the Starbucks beg for money. Now, I walk into the Starbucks and profiled and discriminated, because of how I look. Then, when I mention, the baristas say they don't notice issues at their store. Guess what, the baristas are more interested in managing the cars outside than your order. Starbucks corporate will not take and act on complaints. I have made in the past, where I was refused service at Starbucks downtown after asking to use the bathroom first, because they profile. I get thrown out for not ordering first. They think I am homeless. I have spent over $500 in the past two years at Starbucks. No more. I hope people read my review, because you do not deserve to be treated this way. Who is the manager of this store? Shame on Starbucks!

Bad customer service. They had no dark coffee. They were not going to make dark coffee, instead suggested I order Blonde coffee. But, they had Pikes Peak ready. Why not suggest I try that instead of the Blonde? The staff had zero/zilch interest in customer service. Also, they did not know how to replace my lost Starbucks. Really didn't care to look into the process.

I go to this Starbucks at least 4 times a week. Everything I order the same thing yet every time they make it it’s never the way I ordered it! They charge me extra for stuff I want but don’t put it in there! I pay for it because I want it! I guess it’s time to take my business to a different Starbucks!

We go there every week several times a week amd we always ask for a simple 3 ingredient drink: iced coffee with half and half with classic syrup... literally never get classic syrup and our drink is ALWAYS missing 1 out of 3 ingredients. They even ask us specifically and we are very polite and adamit about making it sweet. They acknowledge us every time and guess what? NEVER is our drink correct. Please make your employees pay attention amd not just go through the motions. If I could leave zero stars I would. I hate sounding like a damn karen but I will physically start going in there and addressing this instead of having to go home and fix the coffee myself. I will be making a point to get this corrected.

No issues with the employee as far as customer service goes. This location is convenient considering it is inside of a super target although with my drink order was not as expected. I've never had any issues with the taste of a shaken black iced tea until now....it was rather disappointing having to toss my trenta size drink away. Either the drink was not made properly or the equipment used was not very well cleaned since my drink had a foul taste to it.

I gave this place one star because it's actually one of the best Starbucks in Colorado. I've been trying to find out how to give Starbucks in general zero stars because it's disgusting and they don't care about their customers. The fact that they have to have a formal policy to offset the racism and bias in their company for bathroom use just goes to show what a disgusting place this is
