Waffle House

This location needs a lot of improvements to get better. Most times service is good. Their biggest drawback is never answering the phone for to go orders. Found out that the phone does not work when hitting the answer button. No excuse for service when the manager can go buy a 25.00 replacement . Also store operating with NO heat inside the building with customers. Piss po way to attract customers. Freeze them and charge them for it!!

Stop by waffle house at 4am this morning, the waitress was totally lost. Had to repeat my order 3 threes to her, then she was talking to herself out loud about my order. I am a regular at the Waffle House and get the same meal Hash browns, Bacon, Egg and Cheese add two extra eggs I know that my price is 12-13 bucks by the time she was finish figuring it out I was paying 15 bucks for. I question her and she said that is the price. I paid it this time, but will look in the window and if she is there I will be turning around and leaving. Even the Cook was telling her she charge wrong.
