Golden Corral

Loved the new policy of giving you a club that you can wear as you're getting your food and then you get a new one each time. Also like the fact that the waitresses were wearing face masks the people behind the counter were wearing face masks and I was watching people doing some of the cooking and clean food prep and they were washing their hands washing the counters down washing everything down between each and everything they did. Was also huge having the waitress take care of our table we had eight so we had a large group and she was wonderful.

Ive been here a few times and I do believe this is my last time. Went to breakfast buffet on Father's Day and it was a complete disgrace. The omelet bar was not available and they didn't even have juice or some drinks. I wanted my refund but the manager told me they could not do that and there was a sign. But I really believe if I pay a big number to eat I should get what I pay for and it certainly was not. Food was cold, grits watered down. Manager was young and extremely disrespectful. On top of that she had a nasty rash or a bunch of hickies all over her neck exposed completely grossing me out. She told me that the omelets or the juice is not included with the breakfast.........now as long as I've been coming there it has ALWAYS had both. Very disappointed

I'm typically a fan of Golden Corral, but this particular location left a little bit to desire. When we got there, a large family group of about 15 people was in front of us and the cashier seemed inexperienced. There was also a sign pointing to the adjacent lane which was open, and said 'cash only'. Since there were only two of us and I was paying cash, I walked up to the register. Another employee about threw a fit over that. I told him if it wasn't open, please take the sign down and barricade it. He got in a huff and turned the sign around. I really didn't appreciate his attitude. Once that group in front of us was finally cleared, we seated ourselves as instructed, but it took awhile to get silverware also. No Problem, we ate with our hands until it showed up. The food was decent and service was OK after that.
