I've been going to Atlanta bread company in cherrydale for at least 12 yrs. usually in the mornings on my way to work I work at one of the stores in Cherrydale. since covid they're service changed tremendously, whatever I ordered my order would always be wrong. So finally I had enough & stopped going. well last wk I started back going. I notice that they're business seem to pick back up parking lot semi full I'm the a.m.when I normally go . big mistake I ordered the chicken salad sandwich twice last wk.both times I thought it tasted a lil funny . the second day I ordered the chicken salad sandwich I got sick & I truly believe it was good poisoning because I threw up lettuce & green tea....after that I decided no more , that the only reason I would go back to Atlanta bread company would be for the pantries.. so ,yesterday I ordered a pantry & a fruit yogurt. long story short the yogurt was spoiled and when I went to take it back. I politely tried to talk to they younger cashier who got loud on me , the order lady who's worked there forever ( and who tip jar I always put money in) joined in , I felt attacked. the younger lady seemed like she wanted a scene . called the manger , who debated my complain . like after all the yrs I ate at their restaurant that suddenly I want to cost problems.. not me. Im never going back & I can't wait until the deli directly. across from them opens.. I truly felt small & unimportant as I was leaving while the younger server sarcasticly smirked have a nice day...

This is the second bad experience in a row that I've had with an employee named Morgan. I've gone around 8 pm to get broccoli and cheese soup and been met with attitude each time. The girl at the register told me she'd need to make sure they had enough, which I understood since it was an hour until closing time. Morgan is disgusted when the other girl asks her and says "UGH, I guess" in a very harsh manner. Like I said, this is the second time with this same employee and her terrible customer service. Morgan needs additional training on speaking to fellow employees and customers. Oh, and she needs to lose the attitude.

I used to go here all the time as a kid, now I like to go here sometimes I reminisce. The food I'd actually good too. The staff is nice as well.

I’ve been here a number of times and have a pleasant experience each time! Cubanos are pretty good for a franchise!

Staff was inviting, friendly, and informative. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Much more appealing overall than any of the soup & sandwich restaurants my wife and I have experienced in the past. Cherrydale was an absolute treat and all for under $25 for two! 👍🏼

I only met my friends there to talk. Not once did they bother us. Great setting. Thank you for letting us meet there.

I'm so delighted that there is still an Atlanta Bread in Greenville! I was so sad when the one on Pelham closed. It is a wonderful place to cozy up and get work done, write, read, etc. The food is wonderful and reasonably priced. I get fruit every time and it's always fresh and sweet. The chicken salad and the chicken chili are to die for. (Great options if you're doing Weight Watchers or another healthy eating program!) And the staff are always helpful and friendly.
