Riverside Family Restaurant

It has a nice comfy look to it. The booths actually aren't comfortable at all. The gravy is a little salty but I tend to not use as much salt in my food so for you it could be perfectly fine. Our waitress was great! There was a new cook who was getting backed up on the orders, she ended up giving us a discount even though the wait wasn't too incredibly long. Then also after she heard we were there celebrating for my birthday then she gave the four of us free deserts. There is a huge selection of food, seafood, pizza, burgers and meat & threes.

This is a favorite go-to for us. The food is always good and prices are amazingly low. Their turkey and dressing is the best I've had in any restaurant anywhere! They are open from 6am to 9pm every day - including Monday. I think they serve breakfast all day. The restaurant seems like a throwback to days gone by with down home decor and friendly service. Clientele is made up of older folks like us looking for good food cheap. It won't appeal to the younger crowd looking for tapas, sushi, tofu and mules in copper mugs. But it sure does appeal to me!

I very rarely ever write reviews but I had to in this case. They used to have WONDERFUL turkey and dressing. I don't know WHAT it was that I received yesterday. The turkey was rubbery lunch meat and the "dressing" was.... I honestly don't know how to describe it. Inedible. And no turkey gravy. Just brown gravy. Why the change?? I'm so sad and disappointed. I loved that meal so much! And the fried squash...(while super delicious) an order consisted of 3 pieces. :( The staff was kind and very pleasant. Nothing wrong there. But the menu has changed for the worse. I'd love to support the establishment again if this gets fixed. Giving two stars because I hate giving one but the food is not nearly as good anymore.

Have enjoyed many Saturday breakfast with Rob and Bradley here and we loved the food price and service. All so it was the last place me and my sister Debbie Moore ate out at and she loved it the place holds a lot of good memories for me my family and friend. Awesome place to eat and enjoy time with family and friends.

Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We did see a waitress spill a drink all over a table and but these things happen and they handled it well. Also our food took a little long to get to our table and the waitress was very kind in giving us a discount without us asking. The food was very very good, very large selection. My family liked it a lot, and that is asking a lot of a local diner between 4 kids and 2 adults! It has a real hometown feel. Good food and good people vibe. If we are ever in the area again we will certainly be stopping for a meal.

This used to be our "go to" place to eat breakfast every weekend but now they've gone down hill since management changed and all our great servers gone. Our server today was awesome and we watch 1 to go customer complain about her food being uncooked and 2 inside diners complain about their food wrong. We waited 45 mins to get our food with only 4 tables occupied inside and now our sausage is partially cooked. We will not be back
