Came through the drive thru at 11:43pm and the woman at the window was very pleasant and served us even though she was running out of food. The only reason I was out so late is because my daughter is expecting her 1st baby soon and had late night cravings! I had to write this review, though, because the patience and kindness we experienced is not something you see much these days. Thank you all for your hard work. You are appreciated.

Most fast food restaurants offer acceptable food. This Wendy's is so different. The single I had there was excellent. The lettuce, tomato, cheese and burger weere actually FRESH - can you believe it? I didn't think that happened anymore. I will definitely return!

Had a great meal, they forgot the chili, called manager (Lori) and she made it right. Very good food, first time trying a frosty and it was delicious. Chili was excellent as was the loaded baked potato. Highly recommend A+++!

really nice Wendy's unfortunately the drink machines had looked un maintained and I don't mean like a day. dried soda explosion all inside the one and the other one was idk just dirty. floor was slippery not from water not sure what it was. good food tho hot fresh. service was decent and wait was not long.

I ordered through the mobile app EVERYTHING WAS COLD i called the store and told them about my order and they said to bring the receipt my co workers ordered food as well and everything was cold and old went for a remake and i never got my mobile order back i went back to wendys myself and told them they never remade my mobile order and they said that my co worker was lying and they remade it so i said that she came back with only the orders they ordered at the store and not mines the manager was rude on the phone and at the store but whoever the gentleman and lady was that resolved the issue i give you your props for doing your job correctly

We went at closing and the service was impeccable! The closing manager was the kindest person I've ever met at a fast food restaurant, she made our days!

Food was fast and fresh but the store was a little grimy,sticky, and crumbs all over floor. I suppose that's normal for these type establishments but the store in Mauldin was notably cleaner
