Ruby Tuesday

The place was clean, but seemed run down both outside and in. The staff appeared disheveled and aloof, although our waitress was very friendly. The prices are way too high for the meals to be looking like they just got thrown together. My wife's pasta and shrimp tasted fine but looked unappetizing. Just Alfredo sauce with Lawry's-dusted shrimp thrown on top. My burger and tater tots also tasted okay, but the tots were obviously cooked from frozen. Adding insult to injury were the plastic mugs. That's usually a sign that a restaurant has jumped the shark.

I ordered the triple threat 4 shrimp 2 chicken strips and a half a rack of ribs. The ribs were tough. The shrimp and chicken strips came out Brown and they tasted like old grease. I wasted $19.99 for that meal. The waitress was overworked so she wasn't attentive. She didn't even ask us how our meal was. Will be choosing another place next time.

Waitress was nice.. the salad bAr was ok.. was supposed go be fried pickles for appetizer it was more less fried pickle skin mostly breading ...I wish I could post a pick of my fresco chicken ... spinx has better...my piece of chicken size of Golf ball..two lil slices of tomato and my mashed potatoes well if that's a regular serving looked like ice cream scoop size..I mean I like to eat but Ruby Tuesday is not on my go to list any more...I paid 13$ for wat I eat and I shouldn't have .. I should've sent it back and talked to the manager...shame on y'all for that Lil bit of food ...I will not be back!!

I was very disappointed in the service we received. I ordered a medium rare steak and it was brought out well done. I did not feel like waiting for them to take it back and re-cook my order after they incorrectly brought it out. The tables were dirty and the cleaning rag and bottle was sitting on the table beside our the entire time and never used. The greeter was to busy on her phone. The couple behind us asked for the happy our drinks and was told that happy our was over when they had actually 30 minutes left. The could not explain anything about the wine. I hope management will take the time to investigate and train his crews. I and the couple behind us were both very disappointed in the service. We both agreed that it was not the best experience with Ruby Tuesday.

We ordered the new slider combos. I got the crispy chicken sliders & my husband got the cheeseburger sliders. They were delicious. My husband got fries & I got tater tots. Both were good, but they were a little stingy with the fries. The salad bar had a good variety. The server was nice, but slow. A family that got there after us got their food before us. We got our food 3-5 minutes after that. Thank goodness the food was still warm. I guess a pretty good experience.

We were a little early for happy hour and waited a bit before the bartender arrived. She was friendly and put in our appetizer order and poured our beers quickly. Her manager had to reverse the full-priced beers and re-enter them at the happy hour price a few minutes later, but it was not a problem. The shrimp fondue was good, and the beer was cold and the happy hour price is great (limited number of beers at that price, but we like one of them). Next time we will try not to get there until after 4, but we will definitely go again.
