Long John Silver's

1 star is giving this store too much credit. My mother and I spent over $25 for cold fries and fish. And we each had two orders of fries yet the portion was barely enough to call it one order of fries each. We drove across town because she really wanted long John silvers. I tried to call 10 times to talk to a manager about the food and no one answered the phone. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. They are too lazy to cook fresh food or answer the phone. You’re more likely to get food poisoning than a satisfying meal here. I will be calling corporate next.

We ordered online and went to pick it up to only find out we were missing a whole meal platter that's $12.00 . Tried to call kept getting a recording they never refunded me my money. I do like their food but doubt I will go back due to being ripped off and them not fixing or refunding money. Sorry because y'all were one of my favorite restaurants. Lost a repeat customer over $12.00

I bought 2 gallons of tea on Easter and I asked for sweet tea, found out when we started eating it wasn't sweet, took them back Monday I didn't have a receipt wasn't gave one, the manger asked for my receipt told him the person with tattoos sold it to me, he lies and said it wasn't anyone there with tattoos, and that person had tattoos all the way on the arm, then said they don't take tea back that I could have filled them back up, I have people who were there that knows better, then I asked who was over him, he gave me a receipt to call, when I got home it was for a survey, I called customer service 2 day's ago so far I haven't heard back, I don't like being treated like that, so I will be calling back.
