Domino's Pizza

It took 3 hours for Dominos to deliver my pizza! I ordered pizza through the Dominos app at 5:55 pm and the tracker said my order was complete at 7:50 pm but the pizza had not yet arrived. So I called the store to figure out the issue and they said the driver was still waiting for it to come out of the oven. They said the app was glitching when it said my order had already arrived (personally I think they prematurely marked the order complete to avoid bad metrics). It still took another HOUR for the pizza to arrive, it was a sloppy mess and barely even warm! They should at least offer a discount or something in these situations.

Location does not allow you to come in and only has one spot for curb side. Waited in line at pick up window for almost 30 minutes; after notification my order was ready. Once I got to the window it was almost another 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Pizza had obviously set awhile when I finally got it. Don't waste your time or money; gas station pizza down the road is better.

Never received my delivery that I paid for online I’m a truck driver and when the delivery driver came he parked in front of me stared at me and drove off I blew my horn and hollered hey right here. He came back 3 minutes later shined his light on bright at my driver side window and when I opened my door he burnt tires and left again. He took my order home with him that night. I called the stores several times they played on the phone making noises I never got through to anyone. I just contacted cooperate waiting to hear back from them . Worst experience in my life

This is now the second issue I’ve had with this location. Delivery is atrocious, took almost 2 hours and when we received it the order was cold and incorrect. Now I placed an online order for pickup, watched the tracker and went to the store to pick it up, only to be told they were out of the thing I ordered. Worst location I’ve ever had to deal with.
