Had the Impossible Burger, fries and Onion Rings. Great burger wasn't a long wait and service was great. If you want a good Impossible Burger try Red Robin.

1/2 of our meal was great the other 1/2 not so much. The mozzarella sticks were awesome. The burgers were juicy. Wife got the one with the egg and specifically asked for a runny yolk and it came well done. They offered to recook it but never brought it out. The Brisket chips basket was served cold and was inedible. But the price was reasonable compared to nearby restaurants.

Not a great experience. My son has specific food allergies and when his order came out wrong they just reused the burger which still had remnants of what he can't eat.
(We know to check but if we hadn't it could have been a bad situation)
On a positive note, I must say that the hostess was very nice :)

Love this place, was disappointed last few times though. The server may have been new or a little shy but wasn't as attentive as we're used to. We had to flag her down for drinks etc. And lately the fries! seems they are being dipped back in the grease and poured straight into the serving tray to bring out when we received more fries after those you could look and tell the difference between the fresh fries and old limp ones with all of the oil

First time eating at this Red Robin. My waitress, Maureen, was amazing. She provided excellent service.

I was actually surprised by how good and fresh the food was. We ordered an array of things and all came out delicious. The service started of prompt but kinda slacked of towards the end. They seemed to be short staffed so as more customers came it took longer to request items. Overall was very satisfied with the food so it kinda made up for it.

The food came surprisingly fast and also surprisingly it was correct. My only suggestion is that they give you more fries on the first order to reduce the wait time on the refills. Other than that, I was satisfied. Great customer service.

I’ve never been to a Red Robin in my life but they exceeded my expectations! They’re so kind when walking in the door but that remains the entire time. The staff is attentive on refills, cleaning up the table, and asking if everything is ok. Awesome place for food but staff as well!
