Dunkin'

I have gone here countless times, always trying to give them another chance but not ONCE has my order come out correct. Asking simply for a iced French vanilla coffee and receiving straight pumpkin syrup instead was repulsive, if you’re going to screw up my coffee at least give me something good!! You can tell the employees are only there for the hours/money, and it shows in their products. They completely fail on customer satisfaction and I hope they hire a completely new staff soon because the other dunkin is far and always busy (because they have good quality food and drinks). I’ve probably spent over $100 on whatever drink the employee wants to make that day instead of what I actually want. OUTRAGEOUS

After a very long wait in the drive through (and I completely understand that) the lady who took our order and the old who gave us the coffee was completely rude to us, we were over charged (8$ for two med iced coffee) and it was not made the way it was ordered. When we told her it was not made correctly she got very rude and impatient with us, took the coffees back and then handed it right back the same way! I will never go back! The worst service I have probably ever received!! I hate the fact I even had to give 1 star!

i ordered delivery from this store and i literally couldnt believe how disgusting the food is. i got queasy on just the first few bites, AND they got my order wrong. on the app i paid for munchkins and i received NONE. not even on the store receipt, and yet the app said i paid. what a waste of money.

My iced coffee looked like dirty dish water and tasted just as bad... when I complained, I was yelled at. I have never experienced the horrible customer service that I did this morning. After waiting in the drive thru for almost 20 mins, my order was wrong and tasted disgusting. I will never be returning to this or any other dunkin donuts. Save your money and time— gas station coffee is better than what you’ll get here!
