Grandy's

Nice people. Horrible food. The only thing that did not taste rancid was the biscuits. The meats (sausage, bacon and chicken fried steak) tasted like the precooked stuff you find in the freezer section of a low budget grocer. Add to that the meats tasted rotten. We seriously left feeling nauseated and physically sick. I regret choosing Grandys in Greenville Texas for breakfast.

It took over 40 minutes for our order, which I could understand if it were busy, & made to order, but everything is already made, & we were the only ones there. After we received our order, my chicken fried steak was hard, & dried out like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for several hours, the roll was stale, hard, & the bottom was soggy. My husband said that the men's bathroom was disgusting, & the dining area smelled like raw sewage. The employees were rude as well. I usually love Grandy's, but would definitely not recommend the Greenville location.

Excellent Service! Excellent Food! Our Food was made FRESH, on the Spot!! Everything was made to order! The cashier informed us of the wait immediately to make sure we were comfortable with it, BEFORE we paid. Again, Excellent Customer Service!! It was late, close to closing, so our Dinner Rolls & Sweet Tea weren't fresh. Thank you Grandy's of Greenville for an Excellent Meal!!! Sincerely, Happy Truck Drivers!!

The service was well lacking any kind of enthusiasm. 2 others before my friend and myself and took approximately 8mins yo even greet us prior to ordering. And since when in the last year have employees at a food establishment not had to wear masks? This employees didn't and handled each and every tray. The food was as I remembered it was RTE food. Reminded me why I haven't eaten here in over 20yrs. I would suggest just remembering not stopping
