Staff doesn't speak to you. They let you just stand at the counter til you realize everyone is using the self order machine. Lots of people just left. At the end of your order on the computer to have a receipt you have to enter your phone number or email, or no receipt. I understand if your short handed but they were not.

Burrito Supremes for Mama and me were delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was honest. I dropped my money and receipt, but didn't notice. They rushed out and returned my money to me. So nice to know there are still honest people working for a living. I will go back!

Food at this location is NEVER up to par. Nothing ever looks like it is depicted in the advertising. This location is always under or poorly staffed. My wait for this last visit from the time I ordered until I left was 12+ minutes.I guess it's my own fault for continuing to patronize this location!

Updated my review from 3 stars. Drive through has been blazing fast last few times and orders correct. However, if you decide to go inside, just use the kiosk. They will ask you to do so anyway if you stand at the counter.

Tables and chairs dirty. They had just opened, so I am thinking they didn't clean the night before. Automated ordering is trash. They want your email or phone number for your receipt, and the manager didn't know or care to get me a paper copy. Thank goodness I'm just passing through.

Terrible. Don't eat here. Everyone's order was incorrect. All the employees stood around and laughed like it was funny. Didn't get my extra taco and the bathroom was out of toilet paper. Eat somewhere else

It was fine. Got my usual Taco Bell order of 3 tacos supreme, no lettuce, and large drink, and as usual ( as of late) the first bag they gave me all had lettuce, so I sent it back for correction.
