Sonic Drive-in

If you’re traveling through do not stop here! Waited 30 minutes for ice cream the order was placed on the app and paid for 7 minutes before arrival. Attempted to visit again last night and try the drive thru; waited over 10 min the car in front of me at the speaker drove off. I pulled up waited a few more minutes no one acknowledged me waiting I drove around to see 4 employees standing there talking. Needless to say whoever the owner is needs to loose the franchise name of Sonic. Pandemic or not this is unacceptable. I took our family to another restaurant.

The customer service isn’t good at all, but sadly that’s not the worst part. If you are in a hurry don’t come here no matter how small or large your order is.. you will be waiting 15+ minutes just to get you’re food. They take way to long. And if you get a milkshake by the time you get it .. it will be melted

Just left!!! I wouldn't give them a 1 preferably a zero!!!!! Waited 10 minutes at drive through no one answered. We drove around to see the lady at the drive through window stand outside the building. Drove into a drive in spot and waited another 10 minutes to be asked my order. MIND YOU only one other car is in the drive in , no one has come through drive through. After 20 minutes we left. This is why I never paybefore the food arriv3s. 30 minutes at thus location and no food.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic. Made an order on the app at 9:51PM on a Friday.. didn’t leave til 10:20pm WITHOUT FOOD AND NO REFUND!! The workers would not answer the window or the stalls and ended up fighting inside and ignored us. We were the ONLY customers. How ratchet and ghetto can you be?! I’m not sure who raised these people or who in their right mind would hire them even for $7 an hour. Completely ridiculous.

Very dissatisfied!! Waiting 10 minutes at a stall and never got my order placed and watched other cars leave that pulled up AFTER me and even spoke with one of the waitresses about it and all she said was “hold on”. Their drive through speaker BARELY works. I had to go through 4 different stalls JUST to place an order to someone who was VERY rude and disrespectful! Zebbinique was my waitress and she was very unprofessional. I hope this business either fixes their issues or gets shut down.

Sit in drive thru line for 10 minutes with only one car sitting in front of us. It was 8:15 as we finally gave up and left we drove past the drive thru window to see possibly what may be the issue. As we went by 2 workers were outside working very hard on their CELL PHONES! It's ridiculous what the customer service has deteriorated to.
