Any time I fancy fish and chips this is my go too place.
Chips are always fresh and crispy, chinese curry sauce is made how it should be!

Having had 2 previous orders from here delivered by Deliveroo all was good, on time & excellent fish & chips. on the last occasion unfortunaley Deliveroo failed to turn up & I had to go & collect my order. The 2 ladies who were serving were very apologetic & explained that it was down to deilveroo & not them for the order not being delivered. one lady tried to contact the driver & he cut her off.They then preceded to cook my order from fresh as it was now over 40 minutes late.I want to say a big thank you to the 2 ladies who were serving on Friday the 28th April for there kindness & cooking me a fresh order. Managent please take note these 2 ladies were very proffesional & couteous throughout & explained everything. They are a credit to your buisness,Thank you.

Cracking fish and chips. Called in yesterday and got some. While it was cooking the staff were very friendly and chatted. I was offered a sample of the home made tartare sauce, and it was wonderful. Fish and chips were fantastic, slice of lemon with each. Fish was cooked to perfection, chips were wonderful too. We were given some pots of salary, which complimented the fish really well. We will be back to get some more fish and chips real soon.
Update: Under new management, and still great fish and chips.

Great chippy and such friendly people. Couldn’t do enough to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Including free tasters of amazing fish pie while we waited for our fish to be freshly cooked (loved they did this as hate when you go places and they’re stuck under the lights for hours!) Lovely touches like the homemade tartare sauce and pickles. We’ll be back!

Honestly can not say a bad word about this place. Lovely owners, tasty food and great customer service. Always catering to the locals needs, testing out new bits for the menu and even serve complimentary pots of pickled gherkin, salad & tartare sauce. I love having such a great local chippy. Thanks guys, keep up the great work! 🙂

A really nice fish, the mushy peas had just the right amount of salt for me. The homemade tartar sauce is really really good. The couple are very friendly and chatty, it’s a pleasure to be served by someone who cares and makes the effort. Steve
