I found the food good but they are not a very friendly or nice. My wife only wanted beef lomein and they said that she had to have rice with it and then charged her extra for the rice. They also said if you spend X amount of money you would get Y for free. And the more you spend the more you get. We spent a lot and got nothing extra. When we called them on this we were told that we had to state it when ordering and we could not get it after we picked up our order

Horrible customer service! Blamed Door Dash for THEIR mistake and hung up the phone on me! They gave our order to the wrong Door Dash driver and tried to blame DD for not delivering it to us. Our driver was there to pick up the order but was told someone else took it. All we wanted was for them to remake the order and give it to the CORRECT driver. But they made us go through DD. We JUST wanted our food🥲

This is my second time to this restaurant based off of a recommendation of a friend. The first time we were here all rice was a bit on the crunchy side. This time around the rice was much better. This time we tried the egg fried rice and found it very good. The tofu, fried vegetables and lo mein were actually good though the lo mein had an recooked appearance and texture. I will continue to come here especially since their food has improved. Wish the quality was more consistent. I should mention that this is definitely a takeout restaurant now. unfortunately the young ladies working the front are inexperienced and you need to make sure they give you your food in a timely fashion.

If I could give them a 0 I would. On Sunday I ordered from them online. I paid with my credit card $24.06 well they decided to tip themselves after giving my husband the receipt. I didn't authorize that. It's no big deal but all they did was cook the food. And the food wasn't bad but it wasn't great. They also didn't give us not 1 sauce pack. I've never been to a Chinese restaurant where I didn't get at least 1 of every sauce. This may not sound like a big deal and some might be thinking oh it's only $4.00 but I didn't authorize the 4 and change they stole. I would have given it to them but they did not work except make the food and they got paid too much for that as it is. I even ordered online!! I wish I could give negative stars. Check you receipts $4.00 may not sound like a lot but 4 on every person who ordered that day is a nice pay day. Happy holidays everyone
