5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. A Destination Restaurant ! Food and Beverages-always excellent and on point. Atmosphere-cozy & welcoming. Waitstaff - they seem to be the most pleasant and hardworking. Also, seems to be enough waitstaff & bartender even when the place is full. (different from other restaurants still struggling with staffing shortages)

I had dinner her with 6 work friends. We all order 6 different meals and all 6 were rock solid! The staff was all friendly and attentive....the whole staff. The service was top notch! In an area where service is poor, this place was an A plus! Two things can be said: 1. Management hires good people 2. The staff are good people and care I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

There were 8 of us, Food was super delicious, the shrimp jambalaya, chicken carbonara, ribs, and that 1 pound burger. all mmmmm. Service was above most restaurants I have been in for 50 years. Exceptional were the knowledge of the waiter and the water guy (who poured like an artist). The manager (assumed) checked our satisfaction a couple times, as did the waiter and water guy. Loved it

Truly service with a smile; everyone is warm and welcoming. The servers are knowledgeable about the food and drink selection. The food looks and tastes great! Our table tried the Canadian Walleye, one dish as fried, and the other was pan seared, the Bluegrass Burger, and the Fried Shrimp. All dishes were absolutely delicious! The portion size is decent for the price because the quality is top notch! <insert chef kiss> You cannot go wrong with giving this place a try. I can, almost, guarantee you'll be a repeat guest!

Highly recommended! Service is excellent! But most of all, the food is incredible! My husband ordered the jambalaya... we loved it! Not too salty, it's perfectly seasoned. I ordered the corned beef sandwich (I'm not a fan of corned beef sandwich but I just wanna give it a try) and I didn't expect it.. the meat was so tender and juicy and love love loved it! Found my new favorite place to visit. Will come back again!

To provide context to the following, we did arrive 45 minutes before they closed and on a Wednesday. Use that information as you choose. When we arrived the hostess was very polite and sat us quickly outside. The waiter for our table seemed a bit snarky and looking for a laugh from surrounding tables. Don’t get me wrong, I’m always looking for a good laugh but it was borderline rude. It was quick though and didn’t persist so it didn’t impact the mood. Their menu is huge! We started with ordering a few appetizers (soft shell crab, crab cakes, and tempura crab) which arrived very quick. Everything was prepared and cooked well. I’ll say it again here, Bluegrass’s menu is very large. For mains everyone went a different route but ultimately the same outcome; the food was prepared well and people were happy. There was also a nice selection of adult beverages that appealed to the group. All things considered it was a good experience and we’d go back to experience the rest of the menu given you had so many choices. We were only in town for two nights, but on future trips we’ll head back here and give it another whirl.

It tough getting a reservation at this joint. Plan way ahead if you’d like to eat here. They only have so many seats and tables and it fills up quickly. And for good reason—THE FOOD AND SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE. My only room for improvement is that the ribs were over cooked slightly and very dry. Try to get a more meaty rib and extra sauce on top. But either than that the jambalaya was outstanding. My Smoked Old Fashioned was very Smokey just the way it should be. I highly recommend Bluegrass!

You know a place is good when there’s a line out the door. We had the jambalaya , it was spicy and very hearty. We also had the tuna tar tar and, um, it’s served on top of a fish bowl with a live fish. The fish was named bubbles. It sparked a discussion on ethics that was lively and interactive. The drinks came and came and came. (There may be a secret cocktail menu that has fantastic options). I would come back again and try other items as well!
