This place is like a gem in Issaquah. I liked the cozy and welcoming atmosphere here. Also their dishes are just amazingly tasteful. I really enjoyed beautiful plating as well as the taste. Seared salmon Ball is like cotton candy in your mouth. Various tempura for appetizer are crunchy and yummy. Platter is good for special occasions. My kids love chicken katsu. You should definitely try here.

Used to go there every month for years but not recommend anymore. The owner were changed months ago. Quality dropped a hell lot. All the special rolls we ordered are with too much rice and too sweet. all the tempura shrimp in the rolls were completely soaked not crunchy at all, meaning the chef doesn’t know how to add deep fried stuff in rolls. Not professional. Service was also not good. The waitress didn’t get trained well. Will not come back again. It’s a shame. Missing the old Zushi Sushi… used to be our fav sushi bar, but not any more.

tried a few times and not impressed with the quality but paying $5 for cucumber peels reminded me not to go back..they have a cucumber roll so they use this waste of the peel and sell it to you as salad..no thanks
