I used the kiosk to order. It was fast and the food was HOT. this was at the height of lunchtime. I was in and sitting down enjoying my meal in less than 20mins.

The food was okay not too good, it was dirty in here not to mention that was hardly no one in there yet they took so long to take my order, I advise you to head over to the table one on Central Ave it tastes much better And is much cleaner.

Its 24x7 restaurant so u can satisfy your hunger anytime. Staff is good. Its bigger than most of Macdonald I have ever seen. Have lots of place to sit around. But its always dirty tables they never clean tables been here many times never found clean tables.

Armed Security??? Yessss💪🏻! They needed security for the longest. Since that security officer that’s presently there, the homeless people and druggies are no longer there when HE’S there. I felt so protected that I even had to pass the word around to my family and friends to visit that McDonald’s due to security being there. Also the security offers to help clean the bathrooms and the lobby when it’s busy and still able to do his job while helping the McDonald staff. You can definitely depend on safety because that security make sure everyone is safe no matter your race and ethnicity. One of the best security personnel for that location. Thank you McD @ Journal Square. Now I feel comfortable sitting down with my family to eat.

would recommend just buying the food and leaving, it kinda smells like garbage inside (probably because of homeless)

This is the WORST McDonald's that I've ever experienced. Their bathrooms are NASTY (or locked), their dining are is NASTY (and often smells of urine, alcohol, homeless people) and their management and owners are NASTY. I've had to complain about this location so many times that it's not even funny. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Place is always clean workers are friendly, just the wait for your food is ridiculous. Better off in the drive thru.
