I had amazing experience the oreo shake was so good, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The food is standard Burger king standard. But the staff is really patient, helpful and extremely down to earth. Everyone works hard but needs more staff.

Very tasty! You can tell my chicken burger wasn't frozen cause it was super hot! It's very clean inside and there's dim light (I think to reflect a real restaurant feel). Food came out quickly and it was a good size. For fast food it's very good quality!

Worst impossible burger I ever had. Burger patty was semi-cooked and still cold. Looks like they were doing it on purpose to shoo off customers.

Burger King at Newport Centre Mall continues to offer the same good food. The food court has limited seating but that's not a problem right now because people haven't fully returned to mall shopping.

I overheard an interesting conversation between a fellow customer and a server. The customer was complaining about his order being delayed, and the server said she was very busy. The guy then said: “you feel busy now, what if you get a real job?” The server was like EXCUSE ME??? He’s kind of mean, but I totally agree on his point. You are in fast food industry, people choose you because you are supposed to be fast. Being busy is not an excuse. If you can’t handle it, you should either hire more employees, or buy more equipment, you can’t tell your customer you are slow because you are busy.

Wanted to order 2 10 piece chicken nuggets. The 10 piece nuggets are $1.49 so when I asked for 2 orders of these they should be $2.98, but nope instead the cashier put in an order of 20 piece nuggets for $5. Even when I told her 2 10 piece nuggets and still said it will be $5. Not worth it, I just left.

The selection here recently changed from a normal Burger King. It is much pricier than before. Burger King should not be charging $7-8 for an average meal. Lunchtime wait of 5+ minutes...not because they are lazy, but because only 3 people work there.

The meal cashier very rude he rolls his eye at every customer & forgets to give out drinks and recipients. Everyone in the back has no gloves are are on cell phone the cashier even had his phone at the food station I took pictures. Very dis please with the service
