DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT THIS CHIPOTLE! Every time that I request double meat, they clearly give me single. So today, I only requested a single. I got half a portion of meat and half a portion of my beans. If you don’t want them to cheat you, buy your food in store and not online for pickup.

We had not been to Chipotle for a while. We stopped by just to try the new smoked brisket.
As usual, they gave you a lot of food for your money. The beef brisket, though flavorful, was overcooked and dry. It certainly didn't live up to the hype.

This store only gives half amount for the bowl, and for tacos they only put 1/3 amount😅. EVERYTiME. It’s definitely not a single time mistake but the store rules set by the manager or the owner. I wondered how much can you save?😅The cost to make a bowl probably just be around $3.
Or maybe you are not selling foods but a clean food box?🤷🏻♀️

What a Pathetic staff.
Lady in the Register was so rude like if we were begging for food.
After getting the bowl togo, when I reached to Register to pay, she started saying this weights more and chattering to another staff if they started giving free food.
I asked for medium Salsa on side and that staff mentioned it's extra, When I confirm it's okay I'll pay, she was like sure you'll pay extra for salsa?
This isn't the first time I had this pathetic attitude issue at this store.
Even my last visit she refused to take another order for my friend at 9:30 saying store closed even though I was at the line giving order.

Walking distance from my job. Not worth the rudeness from that cashier today. Charged me for a chicken bowl, ordered a veggie bowl. I also ordered chips, didn't recieved them and when I asked again he ignored me and tried to help another customer. Then he said I was being rude! From the time he walked over to the register, he was looking for something, not paying attention and gave me attitude! Will not be coming back!
Guess I'm trying Quedoba next time!

One of the employees seemed to be on break and was sitting inside the dining area at a table CLEARLY SMOKING A VAPE INSIDE. It blew my mind. She didn't try to hide the smoke or anything. I literally still can't believe what I saw. This is place is wild.

Nice food with a faster delivery speed. The place is not well maintained inside, there is no one to clean. So you just have to take the best seat available. Other than that, the food taste and the quantity is awesome. The peak time is mostly sitting lunch, around 2. So you might have to wait during that time. All good except for the cleanliness.

Update 12/6/2020: I have ordered 3 more times from here since last time and once I received someone else's order and another time they missed my side tortilla which I paid for. Extremely sloppy behavior. So many fake reviews here. The only reason they are still in operation is there is no chipotle nearby.
If you are absolutely craving for chipotle and don't mind missing some items and are fine with compromising on quality of chips ( which are usually not fully baked ) this is ok. Don't expect big portions.
2 stars - because of chipotle taste and you still get 80% of the items ordered.
Update 11/2/2020:
Order was delivered late, but I got a free guac and the food was cooked properly. The below might have been one off. Might actually order again from here.

Worst chipotle ever. Staff are not trained at all.
Pro:
Had to throw everything away.
Cons:
1. Missed chips first time around.
2. Chips were stale and not cooked second time around ( I'm not even sure how they could be this sloppy )
3. Tortilla on the side is not baked and was cold
4. They gave me a side of oil ( idk what this is ).
5. Meager portions
6. Unfriendly service
7. Sour cream is spoilt and more liquid than solid.
