OK so this is a white castle we all know what to expect food wise. My thing is I go here late-night and the services is fast and accurate. Never wait long even with a line and my order is always correct. Thanks team and keep up the good work.

Everything is pretty standard for a white castle but they still haven't opened back to 24 hours while every other one I know of has.

Been eating here throughout the yrs since I was little.. ate a number 1 yesterday and less than 2 hours later the puking wouldn't stop.. food poisoning sucks..

Ordered two bacon egg & cheese and one sausage egg an cheese. Sausage was completely charred. Never, ever have I received a sausage like that. It was black, hard and like I said completely charred. When I complained to the manager I got the sense that he was complacent.
