Midtown Grill

I was absolutely pleased when I found this gem. When the food was delivered it was hot. The burger was cooked perfect and it was big and juicy. I asked for toppings on the side so they would still be crunchy and I got exactly what I asked for a little plastic container with lettuce tomato and onion I also tasted my daughters chicken tenders and fries the tenders we great.

I have eaten better for a lower price and in a cleaner place. Would not recommend the Midtown grill. The food lacks taste and presentation, the staff were either on their phone or sleeping...Yes indeed, sleeping at the counter and the price is utterly ambitious for what you get. Many better choices near by.

As I am writing this review I am craving their delicious yummy food! Lol, seriously this place has authentic middle eastern food for an amazing price and amazing quantity! You can not go wrong in trying everything on their menu, I am surprised every time! I order at least once a week or once every two weeks from here. The Kebab was Delicious and cooked just right. Excellent beef/lamb shawarma. One of the best I have ever eaten... and I have eaten it at many places. The food also arrives very quickly... in half the expected time. Once they gave me a wrong order, and when I called them to inform them about it, they politely agreed to send the food again. Overall, highly recommended.

I wish I could give minus 5 star. Only God knows how this place got 4.6 star reviews with disgusting foods & worst customer service. Don't want to sound rude but this place is a disaster. I went jersey from Michigan & wanted to eat halal food before check in to hotel. Called this place just to ensure if they've parking lots as I've heard it's hard to have parking spots in NY/NJ. And these frauds told us they've their own parking lots which actually they don't have!!! When we entered there after parking on the street woman over the counter was very rude and it seemed she was unhappy to have us there even though over phone she told us they're open till 12 & we went there at 9:45 !!! We even have to ask for a menu card & instead of bringing us menus she told us take it by your self though she wasn't doing anything that time. This place doesn't even felt secure enough as lot of guys were loitering there. Whatever we ordered shawarma as we were so tired & wanted to have something for quick bites before check in after a good long journey. And They made us to wait 45 minutes for Shawarma which is served with cold chicken & stale bread. Worst food experience ever in my life. This place seriously in need of help from #Gordon Ramsey because this place is a disaster like all other restaurants from his TV show "#Kitchen Nightmares".

I wish I could given -5 as rating. Food is horrible. Please do not order from here, I would rather just drink water and starve. They need to know that in Mediterranean cuisine white sauce is not ranch sauce!!! Chicken kebab platter was the worst I ever had. All it had was dry chicken without any flavor and stale lettuce with bland yellow colored rice.

I wonder how they got good reviews. I went here because of the review that they got and had a worst service. The meat was uncooked and they asked you if you wanna give tip for which they dont even serve. The lady who took the order didn't even care to say thank but to use her phone and I asked if it was paid and she was like yes.The worst restaurant I have been to.
