Papa Johns Pizza

This poor girl seems to run the restaurant by herself? She was picking up the phone, making pizzas by herself. There are other employees but they’re just chilling or arguing. I finally got my pizza 50 minutes after I placed my order on the app. When I got home, I found out they gave me probably someone else’s pizza. Even when I was there, I saw two different customers who complaint that they got wrong pizzas. I should have checked before I left… They also don’t wear masks or gloves. I really wanted to cancel my order when they were arguing in front of pizza dough. But surprisingly, the pizza tasted pretty good. I probably will go to a different Papa Johns though.

They deserve no stars. I called at 3:56p.m. and my pizza was supposed to arrive at 38minutes. I called when it hit the hour later. I was told to wait 10 more minutes. I told the morning shift leader that if the pizza is cold I don't want cold pizza. He was nice and said if it is cold call me back and I will take care of it. Well, he left for the day and obviously didn't inform the night shift leader because him and the lady that worked there said, they can't do anything about it and I am stuck with COLD pizza and out $30!! worst part is the lady hung up on me multiple times until the night shift guy picked up. I NEVER write reviews especially BAD ones but this is horrible customer service!! This guy told me next time you should pick up your pizza. That was his response to a customer having cold pizza which ONLY reflects bad on them and papa john's. I complained with the chain because NO ONE should be working that will treat anyone this way. I have worked in customer services for years you NEVER hang up on people because you don't want to deal with delivering issues being 40 minutes later then it was supposed to arrive. This NY style pizza is absolutely looks disgusting and I am just throwing it out since it is COLD. I was going to drop it off but I was to angry to do so. I will call and see how the manager actual handles the situation because the other two have NO CLUE that you don't give people cold pizza and then tell them to stop ordering to be delivered if I want hot pizza. He turned this around on to me and blamed me because I chose to have it delivered.

I ordered a pie with extra cheese , 3 cheese blend , and parmesan romano. Pizza was light on the cheese for the amount I spent on cheese. I called in and was told that it is what it is. Was told by staff that they placed the cheese requested and that was all.. Don't order from here if you like extra cheese !

Pizza is always late over an hour everytime I order from this location. The toppings are less than the usual amount from other locations. I really hope they address these issues to provide satisfactory service. Today was the last time for me. Pizza was 2 hours late, cold and almost no toppings, the and the pizza was saggy.

Possibly the worst gluten free pizza I’ve ever eaten - barely any sauce, the pizza was cold & when I contacted the central ave store they told me they were busy & I should call back in an hour cuz the manager wasn’t there. Upon calling back I was hung up on & the young lady who hung up on me was rude & refused to give me her name or to replace my pizza. I will never order from this location again. Garbage food! Garbage service!

Very bad service and pizza 🍕. I am a regular customer but they don’t take care of the concerns. In my last order pizza was uncooked. And this time they charged me for extras that I asked but they didn’t send me any extras. While I called to make a complaint. I was put on hold forever. The service is not good at all.

Worse pappa johns ever !!! stay away !! The lady who works there is the manager and seems like she doesnt want to hire anyone. We got a burnt pizza today and when we called about it, she basically said she cant to anything. Then I said can I speak to the manager, she basically lied that the manager is not around. My husband went in the evening to speak to them again and she repeatedly lied that she wasn't the manager and the picture of the pizza I showed her was not their pizza. All she had to do was just apologize and replace it.. beyond disgusted!! horrible customer service. And omg I wish i had seen all these reviews before going to this place...
