Mcdonald's

Hey, it's a McDonald's, so you know what you're getting as far as the menu is concerned. What we really want to know is what we're getting as far as the freshness of the menu and quality of workers. Nine times out of ten the food is great at this location, but I work in the food industry so i also know the best times to go to fast food places to get the fresh cooked fries! The workers have always been attentive and friendly at this location in my personal experience. I find myself skipping other McDonald's locations to go to this one instead because they have everything i appreciate from fresh cooked food to good employees to a very very clean dining room and a security guard who is very friendly but very firm in keeping out trouble makers.

A one star experience because of the rude manager became a five star experience due to the warm and kind hospitality shown by Mu the security guard. He welcomed us when we entered for us and opened the bathroom doors for us and replenished the diet coke fountain soda dispenser when it was not* working.

I am a frequent customer and I use the mobile app and pickup in the curbside pick at this location. After having multiple bad experiences at this location I decided to post my feedback here. I placed an order on the mobile app today a few minuted ago. I ordered the buy one get one for .25 deal and received only one item. The second complaint is that I specified no salt on the fries and they came salted and were literally shreds of fries so definitely not fresh or of quality. Also, the chicken deluxe burger tasted like it was bad chicken. I know this is a fast food restaurant and granted it is busy all the time please be mindful of quality as well as the accuracy of orders. I would like to spend my 25 bucks a trip at least on a place which is concerned about their consumers. To my surprise I found out I was missing a burger; have a bad tasting burger and fries no one at my household can eat because of the high sodium; also the customer service rep hung up on me after keeping me in que for 30 minutes. Quite a bizarre experience with such a big corporation. Please reconsider your business practices.
