Great and fast service; kind and smiling staff. They let us in although they were almost closing and waited patiently till we finished. They were very kind enough to unlock the restroom. They also gave my son free chips. We were so happy to find such a good and clean subway and I am so thankful to the staff.

Just walked in to order food and was ignored by all 3 employees working. 1 male and 2 females. They were having a conversation and I said excuse me. They all looked at me and rolled their eyes and continued to talk. I am hypoglycemic and was trying to buy Apple juice and cookies. Will never come here again.
Update: As we walked out, a Caucasian customer came in and they immediately assisted him. Speaks volumes.

The service was fast. There's always a promotion going on to fit whatever your budget may be on any given day. Lots of options to choose from & their BBQ Sauce is Fantastic!!!!

I asked for a little bit of Chipotle sauce on my tuna sub and ended up getting more sauce than tuna. Ended up tossing it. Woman working raised her voice and gave the gentlemen in front of me such a rude attitude that they left mid order. too many great restaurants in Jersey City to spend your money here (it took me 2.5 years of living here to even try this place and I won't be going back)

Trash. They dont fit standards. They use as little of every thing as possible. And wont tell you that they are out of mayo until they build the entire sandwich. The cheese slices are already cut in halves so they spread it out long ways with only 4 peices (2 full slices) per footlong. And very bad customer service. Use the one on Montgomery if you want subway. Because grove street are crooks.

Dirty location with staff that didn't look presentable, ie brushed hair or hair nets. Food was messy and disorganized on the preparation counter which translated to the product produced. Will skip next time.

Very very unsanitary. Workers touch food AND money AND God knows what...
Still I bought a sandwich since I already had ordered it. Ate it and got sick. For a second when my stomach pain was so severe I wanted to go to the restaurant and vomit all over the place.
This place is VOMIT.

Rude people! I ordered a wrap and the guy put almost nothing of cheese in it. And he had a non-kind face, almost said nothing, no patience and the wrap wasn't that good as the other ones I had somewhere else. Stay away!
