7-eleven

This is the dirtiest, unorganized, unprofessional 7-11 I've ever been to. The employees are rude and speak little or no English. The food under the heat lamp, taquitos, pizza, wings, etc. are old and stale. The refrigerator in the middle of the store doesn't work. No more salads or sandwiches available. Just an overall mess. Not to mention the homeless people hanging out on BOTH entrances/exits of the store. Just all around HORRIBLE!!!!!

Do not do Bussiness here this owner is so rude There was no parking so me and my man parked at a pump He was already outside for whatever reason and came up to us to tell us to park else where cause we wasn’t getting gas We then told him there was no parking and My man says to him don’t you want our Bussiness We’re here to spend our money His reply only to good customers as if we wasn’t welcome or was braking any rules cause we even pointed out a customer was even taking up two parking spot cause they were parked wrong We left as my man corrected him never would I stop here nor should anyone reading this

I an very sadden by the level of disrespect I received from the two men working the night shift on 3/27/18. From the moment I walked in I was heard one guy with a black turban on say don't sell her anything. I proceeded to demand that I'm paying for what I came in for and I don't know what the problem is. I was paying with bills and some change I was told to get off the line while I counted my money. Everyone in the store of all races was telling the guys this is not right and don't talk to her like that. One guy online paid for my stuff because they refuse to service me and disrespecting me. I asked where the ATM was they said it didn't work. It seem that one worker was taking the lead of the other and joined in to be very disrespectful. I myself am a District Manager of several stores of another company and this is no way to treat anyone. I felt they were being racist and no one should have to feel that way walking into a location. I know camera's don't lie and whoever owns this location need to take proper action against this type of unprofessional service. I was told by others on the line to file a complaint as well. This is bad for business 7 Eleven.

So dirty and the staff is so rude but I’m sure this comment won’t change anything I see all the other ones already... just a heads up they don’t even wear their mask properly and the cashier wiped his nose with his fingers several times while constantly touching our stuff but had the nerve to complain about someone drinking in the store.. never again

Honestly I don’t even think it should be worth deserving ANY stars ! I got out of this 7/11 so mad they always reloaded my netspend debit card but for some reason it’s like they didn’t even understand my English and couldn’t even reload it! I had to wait and walk to other places. These ppl didn’t even give me a bag or something so I could hold the stuff I bought for them at least some paper or whatever but he had it in my face and refused to give it to me.

I only came into this business to get some cash from the ATM for tolls and get some snacks to eat for the road. I don't if it's because of my race or because I was wearing a Columbia jacket but, from the moment I walked in I was watched and followed. I didn't catch it a first but, as I was walking through the isles I would see the same young lady. Then to test it, I walked back and forth and she would continue to pop. It's at that point I left the facility. Facilities look nice but, racial profiling is a definite no no in my book. I won't be coming back here.
