I ordered a full tray of seafood chaufan at around 2 pm to be ready by 8pm, they told me it would be $120 for the seafood chaufan and that it would be ready by 7:40pm. When i arrived at 8pm they never had my order ready they told me they called me which was clearly a lie. Then they told me to wait 10 mins, within those 10 minutes they charged me $120 for the rice. 25 minutes went by and they still didnt have my order ready. The lady working there then told me they could deliver my order so that i wouldn't have to wait. I gave her the address and the rice arrived at 9:45 pm. Almost 2 hours later. Then on top of everything that had already gone wrong they gave me a full tray of chicken chaufan but charged me for a seafood chaufan. At this point I was extremely frustrated and decided to call the store. The lady then lied to me once again and told me that i had ordered chicken even though she had read the order back to me to confirm that I wanted seafood. Then they told me there was nothing they could do because they were closed already, so they couldnt refund the difference between the seafood rice and the chicken. The only solution they gave me was to come back the next day and pick up another tray by 2pm. So I explain to them that I was at a Friendsgiving event and that I didnt need another tray of rice at 2pm. This will be my last time ordering from this restaurant and I dont recommend anyone order from this place.

I hate writing bad reviews but it needs to be done. Went there to get chicken. The woman behind the counter wasn’t helpful nor was her attitude polite. On the menu there is a serving for one that was $14 it said fried rice/chicken so I told her that’s what I wanted she charged me $28 for a $14 tray and she told me it came with a free side so I asked her why came out to $28 and she said it’s because you want to rice. I said but look so I pointed to it on the menu because obviously she was having a hard time understanding me even though she spoke good English and she was like oh no no no that’s wrong that’s wrong that’s not right that’s not right it’s $28 so I said never mind so it was apparent that she didn’t wanna compensate was what was on the menu and she was trying to overcharge me purposely. Through the menu away when I got outside will never order from there I’d rather Uber eats charge me or I’ll go to the fire pit

Food that we order taste good(green spaghetti and the roasted chicken) but the soup has to many condiments that make the flavor too strong,we couldn't eat it. I give 3 stars because they took more that one hour to deliver the food being 5 minutes away from the restaurant.they did not call to let us know what happen with the delay of the delivery.Hope they improve in that area.
