I have ordered takeout and delivery here many times and i have never been disappointed. The mashed potatoes ROCK and the portion sizes are so nice. The pulled pork is so delicious and tender. I really enjoy this spot!

Consistently one of the best restaurants in Jersey City hands down. Ive ordered for myself, family, friends and coworkers and they all love the food here. Pulled pork burrito and the Steak sandwich are the best. The desserts are also amazing. You can tell everything is fresh and handmade quality food. I love Ghost Truck!

I had lunch here last week. I ordered the Greek salad with chicken, and it was the best salad I've had in a long time! Great portions, super fresh, and the staff are the nicest people you'll ever meet. I'm telling all my friends to check these guys out!!

Ordered a large catering order from them with a less than 24 hours notice. The owner delivered it himself and the food was very tasty and delicious. Everyone raved about for the rest of the day. 5 Star Service! 10/10 would recommend!

I really enjoy a few of the menu items, namely: grilled garlic cheese with tomato bisque, the wings, Mac & cheese, corn bread (oh the corn bread!).
I found the buffalo chicken sandwich really underwhelming Vs the rest of the food - needed more buffalo, chicken needed to be cooked a bit more & blue cheese didn't add enough zest on the sandwich (maybe to dip it'd be better, & then having a different cheese melted on the sandwich itself).
There are only a couple stools in the store - it's mainly a delivery/takeout service - so don't expect to dine In.

I finally found some good vegan and vegetarian food in jersey city. The vegan Bahn Yu was delicious and well seasoned including the cauliflower hash browns. The carrot cake is now on my top five as best carrot cake I ever had. I will be a returning customer

The service was magnificent. The staff had a great vibe in general. 10/10
But it was the food that put a smile on my face. I ordered the Buffalo Mac’n Cheese and the Ceasar Salad. WOW! The salad was perfect, with the delicious Ceasar dressing separate, so you could add the perfect amount for you.
The Mac’n Cheese… My mouth start watering just by writing this. I cannot describe the dish, you’ll have to taste it yourself. Highly recommended!
And their homemade carrot cake with whipped cream and salted caramel was so tasty!
I’ll be back as soon as I can! 11/10

As someone who rarely writes reviews, I came here specifically to say that I'm not even the hugest fan of carrot cake but GTK serves a huge portion and has me scraping the plate. It is gooey, caramel-y, and a real treat. Order the doggone carrot cake!
