Nice baristas willing to answer all my questions about sweeteners and dairy. There are neither in the nitro cold brew and it doesn't need it. Black but still silky smooth creamy - without the cream!

Starbucks should stop using plastic stoppers in the drink lids at the drive through. I wish they were more environmentally conscious! Also, they stopped letting me insert my debit card and instead insist on taking it from my hand during the time of COVID-19

As always great product. Next to RiteAid and Verizon. Has a drive thru and outdoor patio area.

Sat in the drive though for a very long time, parked and went in to order. Told the lady at the counter about it ( I understand things happen and at this point it was a novel anomaly as this branch is usually very good) the lady at the counter couldn't have dismissed my comment that there was a issue in the drive through fast enough. She didn't even check check to see it was working as i was waiting... Starbucks sells a experience more than it sells coffee, this experience is not commensurate with what i can usually expect.
