B.g.'s Catch

A bit run down inside but food was great. All server buffet style all you can eat. Fried catfish, shrimp and fried chicken strips with fries, hush puppies other stuff I forgot and a salad bar to make you feel like you are eating healthy. Catfish and chicken strips go fast but are replaced often so nobody goes home hungry. Only open Thurs-Sat for dinner.

It was $60 for four people. It is Buffet they do have shrimp and catfish and red beans and the fixin's and a salad bar. The fish that day was horrible. I could not eat it. So for someone that loves to eat lot of greasy dishes and is not choicy, it might be a great place. The only thing I can say is they have wonderful homemade ice cream!! as far as I'm concerned, I will not go back and I'll been there 4 times and it's always the same. you have to wait until your name is called, to find a table. it's always packed so evidently my taste buds are different than some other people's. However, with a lot of people is quantity not quality!! I only went to meet family, but no more. We live in Durant and my brother could have come on another 15 miles and we could have had a really excellent Catfish & BBQ at Main Street Barbecue in Durant they have excellent catfish and I am getting no money for promoting them

We called ahead and was told by staff that there was a 15 minute wait, we were right around the corner from the restaurant... We went in and the staff was super rude to my family and told us the wait was going to be a hour for us now... This place was recommended by some of the locals... So, we wanted to give it a try... We didn't feel welcome at all when we got there...We found a better alternative, so it worked out for the best in the end...
