Everyone is so nice and always do the best ! However, KEVIN the the in the front. Is not the best. I have always thought customer service is supper important. And KEVIN does not have it in him. Such horrible attitude, horrible customer service. I don't know why he is still working there. Chipotle, you do not need people like that working here. Only slows the team down and makes customers not want to visit this location anymore.

Really good Chipotle restaurant in Lake Forest. Very clean, helpful staff and patient with customers. Really what you expect from Chipotle, as they never let you down. Great teamwork.

Ordered in between 4:30 and 5:00 PM. I think they had just prepared for dinner time as the store was spotless! It was my first time redeeming points and the cashier very patiently showed me how to do it. Love those burritos 😋

This place is next to a high school, it gets mighty crowded during lunch.
Portions are nice.
The indoor speaker system is a disaster. All treble no bass. Someone needs to address it. Way too loud and at such frequency it's was a drill in my ears.

Ok so being in California right now is just weird. The whole mask thing is over the top... whatever. Anyway typical Chipotle with good food and competent employees but it just seemed very sterile and empty. Some of you may like that so now you know.

Good food if you like cilantro unfortunately every thing has cilantro. Plus all depends on who serves you cause the portions don’t seem to make sense. Love the food and service is exceptional. Just wish they would offer cilantro free options.

Not all Chipotles are the same. I pass 2 other locations on my way to this one because they make their chicken perfectly whereas other stores will give me chewy pieces. Yuck! Keep up the great work! Your location keeps my Chipotle addiction thriving!

I enjoyed this actually. It was fast service, nice and neat. I got a chicken burrito. It did not taste half bad. It's obviously not traditional Mexican. It's calmex which it is pretty good at. The chicken was juicy the rice had a lime taste to it. The beans were just average. The cheese is like something you'd see at a fancy restaurant (fancy Mexican restaurant) the chicken was also a little spicy but not over baring. It was really pleasant and I'll probably come again.

We stopped in and had a fantastic lunch today. The service was above and beyond great, you can feel the passion from the 2 employees which served us, Brenda Ramirez and Jocelyne Flores...they truly love their jobs and Chipotle...it shows !! We were served fast.
The food was fantastic, popping with flavor.
The restaurant, bathrooms, windows and outside of the restaurant were very clean.
I love the new music. You can't beat the prices, especially for the quality of food !!
We will definitely be back to this location !!
