Prepared meals are excellent. Rick and Carrie, are just wonderful people. The best salmon you'll ever find in right there. Great sausage to put on a grill and even the hot dogs are made there. Simply, top notch!!!

I would like to give this place 4.7,4.8 stars
Because I'm friends with other butchers,but it would be wrong to go as low as 4 stars.
I only tried ,filet, coffee chili pork chop,and strip.
Service was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly.The filet:tender,and flavorful;Pork chop less punch than I wanted but quality meat(and acceptable to people who don't like coffee/ chili punch)the strip we froze and it did very well.

What a gem of a place!!! The owners are super caring and nice. Very genuine people and quality product what a refreshing business to walk into. The only thing is the main entrance is a little hidden....be sure to walk down the alley towards Starbucks and you will see on the right. Highly recommend

Tucked away inside a Courtyard between Williams Sonoma and Lilulemon - However inside the store is a superb meat market - The owner is warm, friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure that you are welcomed. Has truly the best freshest meats.

So amazing! The bacon wrapped coffee rub pork chops are so good. Can’t wait to go back and get some more! The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and the atmosphere can’t be beat.

The owner is cool. I get a different soup each time I come in and it’s good every time. Love the smoked salmon spread. I come here for sausage, my thanksgiving turkey, and for inspiration when I’m not sure what I’m gonna cook. My dog loves the pig ears too!

I asked for traditional German sausages for a family Oktoberfest and they knocked it out of the park!
My family has some dietary restrictions and the butcher was able to work around them and make amazing tasting Weisworst! Thank you again, there were a huge success!

This guy knows meat and offers delicious food. The homemade sausages are a thing of beauty. We often get the blue cheese burgers to grill with friends as they're always excellent. They also have dog friendly treats, and cater. Sort of hidden, but worth finding. Not many classics like this exist anymore.

Found this place online and decided to try it. Best decision ever. The only options that I had were Italian Beef or Gyro since I came in right after they opened, so I went with the Gyro. Absolutely outstanding. The tomatoes in that were delicious, I’m assuming they were home grown. Anyways, try the gyro, you won’t regret it. Will be coming back for sure.

Love, love, love this place! Rick the owner is as friendly and helpful as can be. The meat is absolutely delicious along with the chickens - the best I have ever had. I come from Chicago to this place - nothing like it near me. It may be far but worth it! Rick, you have a loyal customer from far.
