Denny's

Today 2/13/22 was not a good visit. We had good service from our waiter but when the food came out I had to call him back within the 30 seconds he placed it down. There was 4 strands of hair in my daughters omelette. She didn’t want to eat it or send it back because she heard of what can happen when food gets sent back. I look and non of the cooks were wearing nets. Very displeased and with not be returning back to this location. I did report this to this to the food safety bureau. DELICIOUS FOOD! Went there like at 10am... I'm not a coffee person, but I may have been converted after THIS coffee. It was wow! As for the food, it was extra yummy! Ordered the French toast slam and my husband ordered Southwestern Benny breakfast(ordered the egg as omelet). Food was well done, crispy and really hard to describe its scrumptious food... I'm definitely counting the days to go back. And to taste that deliciousness again 🤤 I was satisfied. Service was excellent Waitress was very nice and attentive. Take my hat off for the chef! He/she was awesome 👌 *I've gone other days and food was good. But that morning... wow! Wish I took pictures but it would do it justice... tasting it is better. My guess, it was the chef and maybe the time I went. Usually go like at noon and sometimes I order for take out (not so good, not on them but just the covering of the food it makes it soggy 😔, better to eat it there)

We ate breakfast yesterday at this Denny's and enjoyed not only the food but our server, Natasha. She was pleasant, efficient and met all our needs. We hadn't been to Denny's in a while as the previous 5 to 6 times our experience wasn't great... food not exactly what we ordered & surly service people with an attitude. We decided to give it one more chance yesterday and are glad we did - thank you Natasha for making our experience a good one!

Poor waiter! He's working all by himself, running around carrying the whole team, while they hang out in the back. Tables dirty, and I see him running back and forth non stop trying to get to all the customers. His service was great! But this place sucks for making him work all by himself. Left him a good tip, hope he gets it, he deserves it and more. He's over worked and I'm pretty sure under paid.

We had excellent service despite it being short staffed. The cook did a great job and our server was exceptional (Josie), unfortunately the GM who was there at the time, needs to be upgraded. I hope he truely knows how fortunate he is to have such great staff and that they do keep customers coming back. If you stop by Dennys on Bataan Memorial W. I recommend asking for Josie and TIP WELL for good service!
