Well about 3 weeks a go I was visiting this place and I was amazed service, food was amazing and I convinced my wife to go back again to try their food! Well here comes my desapointment again I walk in with my family to enjoy a nice dinner we walk in and for the next 5 minutes ( it was longer ) I even yell HELLO 5 times I heard a guy ( cook ) on he's phone. no employees in the front to greet not one employee on site well after fell like a nobody in this place just standing there with my family was not a good filling well we walk out to the car when to the drive thru and some one answer I ask for corporate office number and 4 employees pop out from the back like why? Just noticing that one time I was amazed the next well old expectations were back sorry long John silvers you dropped the ball big time! Sorry I stop by and give them another chance! 😠

The food was great. It was bright to our table in a timely fashion. The remodel was a bad choice but the experience was still a 5 star

They didn't give us all of our food so check your bag before you drive away. And when I went back they didn't even apologize. Terrible service.
