Is it really that hard to get an online order right!? We ordered online and I went to pick it up. First no one responded when I pulled in through the drive through. So I went up to the window and honked to get someone's attention. About five minutes later someone finally opened the window and acknowledged I was there. I told them I was picking up and they tried to rush me off with only half of the order. Then they told me they didn't have the chips we had ordered. We also ordered bottled drinks. The girl handed me a cup of some type of warm brown liquid. I told her I was still missing a drink, and she handed me a second cup of warm liquid. When I asked if I could get ice I was told they didn't have any...so no chips, no bottled drinks, and no ice...got it. And the worst part about it is this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I got the order back to my destination and was going to put some ice in my fountain liquid, but found something black floating in it. We ended up taking the food back and got a refund and ordered lunch elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money coming here. This was definitely not worth $35

dont order online, show up in store to assure your sub is being made to your liking, store staff that is currently working this timeframe is (6/11/22 6:00pm - 6:40pm), i suppose illiterate? sub was not toasted, no correct ingredients on the subs like requested, it sucks getting orders wrong w/ businesses like this man, not cool at all.

When the debate is over whether sandwiches are for dinner and or cold cuts, subway typically doesn't make the cut; custom built sandwiches enter here. Thank you for reviving my taste in Subway. The two person crew at this location are good at making the sandwich or sub you have in mind. Never too busy and located right around the corner off Roadrunner Pkwy on Foothills.

Thank you for being open. Thanks for not being upset that I had to walk in due to being unable to remember what my favorite sandwich is, long story short, people get old lol! It was 11:30am long before lunch crowd, but the staff was up to the task. She was nice, he was kinda grumpy. Bread was a little stale , or maybe just over cooked a little, but still delicious. Thank you so much!
