Such a fun spot! Their shave ice is quality and their flavors and not over sweet. They don’t have any indoor seating and I could see this place getting busy so just keep that in mind. They where also one of the only locations that had the beans

I tried a few shaved ice shops while in Kauai. This one by far was the best. The island nectar was delicious and I had to come back a few times before the trip was over. Amazing👏

Swung by on a rainy Saturday afternoon. No line. There is a bench outside so not really anywhere to sit. We ate in the card since it was raining.
Good smooth shave ice. $7 for a bowl with no toppings or under.

This is the legit place for shaved us...gotta trust Uncle right? 😀. Great size, good quality topping selection. Go with the fresh fruit on bottom...pineapple were my go to.
After checking a few other spots, we returned to Uncle's. It wasn't until the repeat visit that we saw the sign the it was voted top shaved ice in Kauai, for several consecutive years.

Been here once for a lunch dessert and it was very tasty. Honey Toast with ice cream, it was fantastic! One star off because this place is primarily desserts, yet they aren’t open in the evening. There have been at least a dozen times we’ve wanted to go, only to remember they close so early. Would recommend being open for post-dinner dessert seekers.

We were told to try a Honey Toast with MacNut Ice Cream. Very unique. Large portion to share. Takes a 10 to 15 minutes to prepare.

Wow! What a great dessert!!! We ordered their 'best' product. Fabulous flavored shaved ice on top of coconut cream. On a hot, muggy day you should treat yourself to one of these cold delights!
