Yummy, fresh sushi. Located near the bar in Kukuis next to the pool at the Kauai Marriott Resort in Lihue. You can order at the counter, the bar or at Kukuis as well.
Ordered the Shrimp tempura and the crunchy spicy Poke tacos. The shrimp was crispy, cooked perfectly and I regret only ordering only one roll. The roll was accompanied by pickled ginger and the usual wasabi. The tacos were messy, spiced nicely and covered with a fresh wonderful sauce. The wonton shell was tasty and crispy and contrasted perfectly to the soft perfectly.

The sushi is not good! It’s not fresh, the hamachi was white, tough, and fishy tasting. The ahi was okay, and their rolls are meh. You’re better off eating sushi from a supermarket. 👎
