Abundant and top quality food. We went for the fish mezze. Delicious dishes served in sharing plates. The perfect place to go with friends. The restaurant is well located and the street is not crowded which makes the terrace to be enjoyable during a sunny day.

I had the most extraordinary experience at Afrodite Tavern! As I wandered by chance into this authentic Cypriot Greek restaurant, I was immediately captivated by its charming and inviting atmosphere. The ambiance transported me to a different world, and I knew I was in for something special.
The star of the evening was undoubtedly the lamb dish I ordered. It was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. The flavors were rich and tantalizing, and the tenderness of the meat was out of this world. Every bite was a symphony of taste, and I couldn't help but savor each moment.

Nice traditional Greek/Cypriot taverna, went on a Saturday night it was full and very busy. Starters/dips in particular were very good and nicely presented. Probably best to go during week when perhaps a little quieter/less hectic..but overall a good experience and worth a visit.

An amazing restaurant which is incredible value for money.
Delicious starters are served straight away including pita, olives and a bean salad. We shared the mixed grill and a small Greek salad which were heavenly. We live very locally and have been searching for a 'local go to' restaurant since moving here 3 years ago. We will definitely be frequent visitors now!

Great food and great service! Would highly recommend!! The owner still works there and the service was just over the top, super atentive but also we stayed a bit to have a beer and at no time did they rush us at all. The food was great and the atmosphere is just fab for a total greek restaurant.

Great Greek spot with friendly and passionate owner and staff. Generous portions. Would definitely be back. Food has lots of flavour. The keftades were great and not too oily at all.
