Keepers Kitchen & Bar

Had dinner tonight here with friends; the meat was grilled to perfection on all our dishes.. moist but seared. My chicken for my delicious veg quinoa salad, my friends chicken and my husbands burger. I highly recommend this restaurant as there is a real chef in the kitchen making sure everything arrives hot, succulent and sooo tasty!!! We will definitely be back for tomorrow’s dinner.

We stayed at the Novotel Tower Bridge Hotel for five nights and had breakfast in the Keepers Kitchen and Bar. Furthermore, we enjoyed two dinners at that restaurant. The service is very friendly and ambitious. We were very happy with the quality and taste of the food. Prices for dinner are fully okay for the location (very close to Tower and Thames). Just around the corner of Tube Station "Tower Hill". Thanks for everything.

Had a quick dinner here on a warm and rainy evening. The restaurant is located right outside the Tower Hill tube station and quite convenient if you are living around here. I didn’t want to travel far and this seemed like a good option. I tried the much hyped Chicken Tikka Masala. Was quite decent in taste. Portion size was good. Since I haven’t had it anywhere else in London, difficult to say if it was better or worse than any other. Service by Kamile, Ashraf and team was great. They certainly have a courteous and helpful team running this place. And yes, they are playing Wimbledon matches on a large screen. This was definitely a plus.

Last Tuesday night was great for us because The restaurant has a great atmosphere and excellent Customer service. Ashraf was great. We ordered the Carbonara and the Keepers Burger and both were delicious. Must try the Brownie Sundae too.Undoubtedly a fantastic location to have dinner with friends and family.

My family had a dinner at the Keepers on May 4th. The restaurant was very cozy and the food was good enough. Especially, service of the manager ( we do not know his name ) was very impressive! He was very kind and asked us whether everything is okay for our dinner. At the time, one man kept talking to us and it bothered our dinner a bit. As soon as the manager realize it he came to our table and asked the man to excuse us for our order! He was very wise and kind during our dinner time at the Keepers! Thanks to him we really had a nice time in London! :)

Went here for lunch as the place looked quite nice from the outside. Food was great, was ready relatively quick and the place had a great vibe. The waitress that was serving us was incredibly friendly and had a lovely smile when serving us. Sadly soon got helped by another waiter who was really pushing us to order either a coffee/tea or pay the bill as soon as possible, after we told him we were finished and only wanted to finish the drink we still had. Overall I wouldn't eat here again because of this waiter's attitude.

This place was amazing! We had just left a restaurant with bad customer service and were in search of a late evening meal around 2145... we went into Keepers thru the hotel its attached to and was seated immediately even though it was fairly busy. They got us seated, served us drinks and appetizers within 15-20 minutes, which was outstanding. Our waiter was very attentive and was very familiar with the menu to help us with our meal choices. When we got our food it was fresh and piping hot! The chef was amazing! Will definitely come back when in London!

The place is split in two, where one part is more of a restaurant while to the other side it’s rather a bar than a place to eat. We came in around half past 7 and it was already a bit noisy in the bar area. Staff seems a mix of seasoned personnel and newly hired people, where the latter isn’t as friendly and professional as the first. We are a family of four and we had two rib-eye steaks, a pork fillet (photo) and from the children’s menu a pasta. Food was very tasty and well prepared, portion size is good too. Prices weren’t too bad (service is included!), considering the location near Tower Hill and a few good hotels.
