Waited 15 mins for the table and was given a table on the first floor, the food was served very fast and the service was great. They were clearly busy and as we were going to see a show, we appreciated the speed and good quality of food

I visited this nandos yesterday and it was the best experience in a long time as the server Rudy who was extremely gorgeous but also helpful in helping me select all the tasty items but also made some good suggestions about the sides it was mind blowing the service that I received was outstanding and on a top level I would highly recommend it again

Staff at this nandos were incredibly kind and were consistently interacting with a smile on their face and genuine care 🥰
It took a little while to get hold of a water glass but otherwise food was quick and was decent!

What a pleasant experience, the manager Peter was most helpful when we had trouble with some vouchers we had been given from the 02. He was very understanding and helpful and the food was delicious and we had the most amazing time. Would definitely recommend and visit again in the future. Thanks again

There was not to much going on but our food did take a while and was brought to the wrong table first. Staff was nice and helpful.

Went there at 5pm on New Years Eve as a party of 8, had a 30 min virtual queue wait. Food was very nice, although one of our group got her meal 10 mins after us. Lots of seating over a few floors and reasonably priced.

Arrived with no booking, there was a queue outside and we were added to a virtual queue and then with 15 mins were notified to say our table was ready. Ordered easily via app. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was amazing!

The food here is absolutely delicious! I've tried nandos all around the city but surprisingly you could taste the difference because here it tasted so much more fresh. I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the food.
We had the plant based, great imitator. Last time I had the burger one and it was terrible but this time I had with wrap and it's absolutely delicious!
The system is still to queue up on the phone. They have three or two floors but only one floor was open which I didn't understand why and because of that, it lead us to wait for half hr to get a table and when we did get a table half of the restaurant was empty. Not sure why they making customers wait so long.
If the food hadn't reached to our expectations then this nandos wouldn't have been worth it but the ambiance, food and staff were excellent.
