Second visit for the Sunday roast - my mum’s favourite. It is a lovely, really quite traditional pub - used to go here as a boy - with a good range of beers. But the food is a cut above and very reasonably priced. The roasts are very good and fill both the plate and your stomach. Recommended.

Lovely traditional pub on Putney High St.
We only popped in for a few beers, but really enjoyed the place. It was buzzing with families & groups and had a great atmosphere.
Don't miss out on the outdoor terrace area, absolute hidden gem.

Very polished appearance and design, it shows that someone has put thought into how this pub would look. Very nice terrace and indoors is very cosy but also spacious. Staff were very nice, food was good it would be a plus if there were some more veggie options.

Delicious vegan salad served by a friendly manager. The front of the pub has a lovely well lit space covered in greenery with a great opportunity to see the action of Putney high street. The back of the pub comes across as more warm & traditional which is nice in the winter. The juniper terrace is a hidden gem & makes you feel as though you’re at a cute rooftop bar in central london. Would recommend to anyone in putney.

I came to this pub for drinks only but I loved it. The decor, atmosphere, service and views are great.
It was early and not that busy but felt it was the place where yoy can have a chat and enjoy your time.
The terrace is small but so cosy!
I would highly recommended it!

I booked the roof terrace for a birthday party with around 40 guests. The team at The Spotted Horse were super helpful right from my initial enquiry through to the night itself – they genuinely couldn’t have done more for us. The food we ordered from the party menu was really good – the sliders and chicken and bacon croquettes went down particularly well! The space itself is beautiful and perfect for a summer evening. Massive thank you to Ava and team for making it such a lovely event, I’d definitely recommend the terrace if you’re looking for somewhere to celebrate!
