The best gelato in London. You have to try their mango gelato. Make sure you take it in the waffle con, it is the best.

This is just like the GROM gelaterias I’ve come to know and love whilst I was living in Italy!!! So happy that they’re here in London too!

I was THRILLED to discover that there was a Grom in London. I went twice during my weeklong vacation. Their gelato is amazingly delicious and entirely gluten-free. Yay! The only thing I would suggest is that I wish they had their chocolate hazelnut dipped cones like I had in Lisbon.

Really worth the wait! Was on the hunt for gluten free ice cream with cones and was so pleased that this place exceeded all expectations. Staff were very helpful with finding flavours and combos that you'll like. Be prepared to queue but it's definitely worth the wait.

The silky-smooth texture of their gelato is incredible. I went to Turin earlier this year and had a GROM branch around the corner from my hotel, and I can honestly say that the cone I got in Piccadilly was even better.

Absolutely delicious Ice Cream, Italian ice cream that you can feel and taste the difference. You can buy it tubs I'm some of the supermarkets but here you can find a more flavors and some of the flavors change monthly. You can buy tubs or take away flavors from the store. The sorbet are really good and can be great for vegans! Check this place out!

I’ve been such a fan of Grom since I lived in Italy. It’s such a stable of my life and time in Italy and the Italian culture that I experienced when I was there.
Safe to say none of that has been lost in this branch in London. The staff were very authentic let’s say haha. The decor is very high and end expensive.
The menu of ice cream is wonderful and they always do have seasonal specials. Usually I would chose something like lemon but they didn’t have this available yesterday so I tried pear instead which was great. My friend tried pistachio which is a classic. Both flavours didn’t disappoint, but I probably won’t have the pear again, wasn’t my favourite! I would 100% recommend the pistachio and tiramisu as classic flavours - hopefully they can bring back their lemon soon or maybe melon, I really do miss them.

After a friend recommended we visit Grom - we headed to picadilly. The store was beautiful with plenty of staff available to answer all my dietary questions. I suffer from Coeliac so it was important I understood ingredients and was delighted to find EVERYTHING was gluten free! I decided to get the Large Waffle Cone filled with Strawberry & Salted Caramel topped with hot chocolate sauce. Flavours were exceptional, Cone was delicious & my gluten eating family were so happy with their items to.
Staff were so friendly, understanding and efficient. I just wish we lived closer so I could visit more... Truly amazing thank you

Drove past this after a friday night out, came back the next day as it was hustling with customers. I got the mango and strawberry and partner got the chocolate chip and pistachio i preferred the MANGO mind blowing, £11 bill not bad! we found it worthwhile !
