Rodizio Rico

Easy to find, with the other restaurants in the o2. The food is great if you like meat! Very clean and tidy, including in the loos. If you want Coke just ask for it on tap since its a lot cheaper. The waiters were really friendly and helpful although they did mess up our booking, we booked in advance (with the threat of taking £10 per person if we didn't show up) then they rang and texted to make sure we would be there. We turned up and they just seemed very confused. But they did eventually get a table big enough for all of us.

I think that you are doing well so far. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere too, it felt great like pre-COVID-19 times when I used to frequent Rodizio Rico. It is a shame though to hear that some of the branches have had to close. Thank you once again for keeping the flavours and the taste wonderful and delicious. Kind regards

In general it was OK but not as great. Side dishes and atmosphere were good. Meat choices wasn’t as good as when I tried this restaurant 12 years ago. This time most of the meat was gummy/ not chewable, at some point cold and not tasty. Also there were so much pressure from waitresses to get more drinks, even though all four of us had more than half glasses on the table. After visit I was a little bit disappointed that I was encouraging friends to try out this restaurant as it was their first time there.

Fabulous experience! Outstanding customer service! Every single team member was very attentive to their customers and made us feel very welcome! Proper Brazilian rodizio, excellent cuts of meat and the buffet offers a variety of delicious salads and typical dishes- plenty to choose from! We are coming back for more!

Had a wicked experience hear with the family we loved that you could have any meat that you want they just keep coming round while you are eating you have a card put it on green you want more meat if you are full or want a rest you turn it over to red. You have a 1.30 min seating but we was not rushed. Can't wait to go back.

Entrance - Easy to find, right inside the o2 Food - We ordered the buffet and it was lovely, the food was cooked well & I was absolutely addicted to the potato’s. My only criticism is that I wish they put some of the meat on hot plates so that we can pick as much as we like instead of waiting and only getting a slice or two. Drinks - Nice glass of coke with a slice of lemon, can’t go wrong! Decor - Absolutely beautiful! So modern and pretty!! Very nice! Cleanliness - Very clean and tidy, could not fault it. Cost - No idea as it was a treat but I don’t think it was too pricy! Customer service - Everyone was nice, attentive & helpful. Overall - 9/10 - would’ve been a 10 but the waiting around for food stuff was jarring me. However, I would defo return, thank you!

Had a cracking meal here when visiting the o2 for a show. The selection of meats carved at the table were to die for - the serve yourself selection of salads and cold/hot dishes were more than enough and well presented. Everything looked and tasted great and couldn’t fault anything about the meal in all honesty. Well worth a visit!!
