The best fish and chip shop by a mile! Always mine and my family’s go too. The fish is super fresh and crisp and the chips are perfectly chunky and fluffy. Not to mention the service! The young lady who serves me is an absolute sweetheart - always welcomes customers with a smile. I’ll be back soon 😉

The best fish and chip shop in the area!
The owners are very friendly and happy to strike up conversation making you feel welcome.
Interior of the shop is kept clean and they even have a toilet for customers and a TV to keep you entertained while they cook your order fresh.
Great selection of food and offers at lunchtimes.
They even do some deep fried chocolate bars - which are a great treat once in a while.
Cash only business is the only let down but with a cash machine just up the road it's not a problem.

Went in at 1pm today 26/05/2022 & had takeaway lunch time fish & chips at £6.50, the tastiest fish & chis I have eaten for a long while & plenty of it. I was made to feel like a valued customer by the staff .

I was working in the area, so I only popped in for a bag of chips, but then decided to order cod and chips to eat in. It’s the best fish and chips that I have had in decades.

Best fish (large rock) and chips we have had in ages, making it a regular takeaway from now on. Staff are lovely and friendly too and don't mind a short wait. while they cook everything for us, we will preorder from now on. Definitely give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Was on my way back from covering the Wimbledon vs Wycombe game on Easter Monday and fancied a bite to eat before catching the train home. Stumbled upon the Sea Horse Fish Bar and not only were they quick, they were incredibly polite and we ended up having a nice chat. Highly recommended.
