Had a great time and enjoyed the ambiance. I ordered a drink, new to try, and I was too shy to send it back. Cristos, well dressed gentleman, knew right away that I didn't enjoy it. He asked me what I wanted instead. Checked on us periodically and was not excessive. Definitely stop here for light snacks, drinks and lunch (we ordered lunch food).

Cozy small bar with friendly staff. Had an amazing hot chocolate here. The water here has strawberry inside!
It is indeed not cheap but it is the shard. What do you expect?

Friendly staff, good ambiance; but pricey.
The bar has a really lovely vibe with a lovely, modern interior and artwork hung up on the walls. The bar is also very clean and well maintained.
The service is fantastic, all glassware is cleaned and well polished and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The choice of drinks is good, but it's a little on the expensive side (a glass of prosecco cost me £10).

What an amazing place this is perched at Level 31 of the iconic building - the Shard. Food was really good and all waiters were able to describe the dishes as well as their contents. The service was also excellent and discrete and staff very friendly and helpful. If you plan to go give yourself plenty of time as the security for getting in is akin to boarding an aircraft - at least l kept my shoes on. Suggest you take a "flexible friend" in your wallet with you if you are planning a few drinks - phew.
