The Holland Tringham

I've been here several times now and found the atmosphere a quiet place. Have attended during the weekend for a meal. Food is certainly a good valve. On my last occasion, the peacefulness was interested twice. One was a female 'professional' beggar come in and approached customers. The staff promptly asked her to leave.

It's a really nice pub. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive, making sure we were enjoying our meals. Good selection of ales. Plenty of seating. They have seats level with the entrance and more seats downstairs where the bar is. They have a beer garden in the back. Service was quick and ordering was easy using the app. Restrooms are upstairs. There is a handicapped restroom on the same floor as the entrance doors. The only downside I have is that they close the beer garden at 9:45pm. Most close them at 10. I wish they never closed it.

I worked in Stratham Hill and didn't know much about the pubs there. I have planned to go to a small shop that sells craft beer in a side street with my son, who is a fan and we finally made it, called Art and Craft.Then,when he'd brought a few cans of craft beers he hadn't tried, we popped into this Weatherspoons pub for a drink and a plate of nacos to share. I was pleasantly surprised. Clean and an ambient environment. Perfect for what we wanted situated on the High Street and easy to get back to the station where we parted company to make our respective way home. It was a pleasant experience. A Weatherspoons we would visit again
