Patisserie Valerie Oxford Street London

This Pastisserie Valerie is in the lower ground floor of Debenhams flagship store on Oxford Street. When you are sitting in there though you don't feel like you are in the basement of a large department store, which is nice. We had prosecco and cake, and both were very nice. Loses a star because the service was slow and inattentive.

It is Inside the department store, setting and ambiance are nice. Ordered the afternoon tea set that we longed for to try and it was a very satisfying experience. The tea set was tasty, something that we expected. Two pots of tea that can be refilled is quite generous. The staff provided very good service and attitudes. They helped us to take photos and even though we spent there for a long time but they didn’t show any sign of irritability.

Service was really nice and quick. The waitress was able to advise on food/dessert and also mentioned re 10% discount for debhanmas holders I would definitely recommend a place although the day I went the air conditioning in the whole of Debenhams was not working however ice cream on the Brownie helped
